You can pick up your race number and race pack at the Torino City Marathon GreenPea Village, set up at GreenPea (Via E. Fenoglietti 20 – Turin), on the following days and times:

• Thursday, November 20 – from 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Friday, November 21 – from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Saturday, November 22 – from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

According to the regulations, race bibs ARE NOT delivered on Sunday morning.

PLEASE NOTE: We remind you to pick up your race bib during the Village's opening hours, or to delegate a trusted person to pick it up for you.

If you are unable to collect your race bib in person, you can appoint a trusted person to do so on your behalf. To do this, the person must present the duly completed proxy form or the confirmation email containing the race bib number assigned to you.

To protect the environment, we ask that you present it in digital format, viewable on your smartphone, wherever possible.

You will collect your race kit at the Torino City Marathon GreenPea Village. Inside the

envelope you will find:

· Your race bib with a disposable chip already attached (we recommend that you do not remove or tamper with it);

· The bag deposit slip with the number corresponding to your race bib

· 4 pins.

When you pick up your race bib, you can also pick up your race pack and the official event technical T-shirt. To pick it up, you will need to present your race bib envelope. When you pick up your race number, you will receive a KING bag to use for bag storage and transport (remember to insert the tag corresponding to your race number in the transparent slot). 

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be allowed to use any bag other than the one provided when you pick up your gadget!

The organizers have provided a shuttle bus service, which you will find in Piazza Solferino, operating from 7:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. You can access this service by showing your race number.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to comply with the requirements of the Turin Municipal Police, the shuttles must depart by 8:45 a.m. once they have reached maximum capacity.

N.B. If you decide to leave your vehicle near the start, you can use line 4 to return to Via Cesana (terminus of line 4). A ticket must be purchased for line 4.

Once you have taken the shuttle bus and arrived in the municipality of Nichelino, you can go to the departure zone (Via Cesana) where reception services (toilets, changing rooms, etc.) have been set up.

When you collect your race number, you will receive a KING bag to use for storing and transporting your bags (remember to insert the tag corresponding to your race number in the transparent slot).

Near the start (immediately adjacent to the changing rooms), you will find special GIMAX vehicles where you can leave the bag containing your personal belongings. The vehicles will leave by 9:45 a.m.

At the end of the race, you can collect your bag in the area corresponding to the half marathon bag storage.

When you registered, you declared your personal best for the half marathon distance. On your race bib, you will find a colored band that indicates the starting block you can access, also marked by the corresponding bib range. Access to the starting blocks will be available from 9:45 a.m.

The various services will be activated progressively from 7:00 a.m.

Along the race route, you will find four refreshment points every 5 km.

The stations will be equipped with water, supplements, and solid foods (such as cookies, wafers,

fruit, etc.).

Basic emergency vehicles equipped with a doctor, AED, and medical personnel will be present at the refreshment points.

Registered athletes can take advantage of this service. The vehicle where you can deposit your refreshments is located on Via Pietro Micca - at the corner of Via Viotti, a few meters from the start.

Service hours: from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

To ensure you finish the event within the set time, you can take advantage of the pacer service. The set times are:

Each bib is equipped with a disposable chip provided by Evodata. The following times will be recorded:

• Official time

• Real time

The rankings used to award the prize money will be based on the official time. A totem pole with QR codes will be located in the immediate vicinity of the finish line: by scanning it with your smartphone, you will be able to consult the rankings in real time. If you find any errors, you can go to the Timing and GGG point, located at the finish line, and report the anomaly (not valid for the tourist sports section).

Once you cross the finish line, you will find the organization staff ready to welcome you and give you the official medal of the event.

Once the race is over, you can log on to the Endu.net website and check the rankings. Clicking on your name will open a page dedicated to you, from which you can download your official certificate.

The photographic service is provided by Getpica. Using the code found on your race bib or on the sides of your race number, you can view your personal photos and decide whether to purchase them.
